Leadership Economics LLC ("we," "us") runs this website and a small newsletter. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, and what your options are. We keep it short because what we actually do is short.

What we collect

When you subscribe through the form at leadershipeconomics.com, we collect your email address. If you contact us through the contact form, we collect the name, email, and message you send. We do not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or third-party cookies on this site. Our host records standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) for security and uptime.

How we use it

We use your email address to send you the newsletter you signed up for: a weekly dispatch and a long-form essay at least once a month. We use contact form submissions to reply to you. That is the whole use. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Who we share it with

We use Resend (resend.com) to deliver email and maintain the subscriber list. Resend processes your email on our behalf and has its own privacy policy. We use Vercel to host the site. We do not use any other processors.

How to unsubscribe or delete your data

Every newsletter email includes a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it removes you from the list immediately. If you want your information fully deleted, email us at contact@leadershipeconomics.com and we'll remove your record within a few days.

Children

This site is written for adults working in leadership roles. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change anything meaningful on this page, we will update the date at the top. If the change affects how we use the information you gave us, we will send a note in the newsletter.
